How can I pay?
After booking online, we will send you an invoice by email. You can pay by Paypal, credit card or bank transfer. We have bank accounts in Dubai and in Europe so that you do not have to bear high transfer charges. After receipt of your payment, we will send you the booking confirmation.

 

What is the cancellation policy?
You can cancel anytime, just send us an email. In case you cancel up to 60 days before arrival, your payment will be refunded in full.

 

When can I check in?
Check-in time on your day of arrival is 3:00 pm. We will send you the directions and instructions for check-in with the booking confirmation.

 

Can I check in late at night?
Yes. You can check in 24 hours. There is no need to specify a time of arrival. We will send you detailed instructions with the booking confirmation.

 

When do I have to check out?
Check-out time on your day of departure is 11:00 am. We will send you instructions for check-out with the booking confirmation.

 

Can you store my luggage after departure?
We suggest that you store your luggage at Mall of the Emirates. They store luggage for free during mall hours. The luggage storage facility is at the metro link.

 

Which details do you need from me?
We just need your name, email address and mobile telephone number. Prior to your arrival, we need a scanned passport copy to register you as a guest at at Dubai torusiasm authorities. That’s a legal obligation, like in hotels.
